Comedian Ben Schwartz got an Emmy nomination last week (congrats, Ben!) for his contributions to the 81st Academy Awards telecast, and over the weekend, Schwartz also starred in a series of ESPN interview spoofs to help hype last night’s ESPYs. Here he is getting rejected by Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin.
But for our money, it’s even funnier to watch what Ben Schwartz subjected himself to last summer during the UCB’s Del Close Marathon (schedule and tickets available for this summer’s DCM, Aug. 14-16, 2009!), when he took part in the “Worst. Heckle. Ever.” Some famous and soon-to-be-famous voices shouting at him from the darkness. Normally, and by normally we mean pretty much always, we do not condone heckling at any comedy show. This is a notable exception. So, enjoy!
