Jimmy Fallon Writer Censored During Stand Up Set

We’ve been a huge fan of stand up comedian Anthony Jeselnik since we had to fight executives to book him for the HBO Comedy Festival years ago. Since then, Jeselnik has gone on to become a writer for Jimmy Fallon and was the first stand up comic to perform on the show.

Now, thanks to a story in Page 6 which you can read after jump, he’s been outed for a telling a crowd at Comix Comedy Club in New York about being censored by NBC brass.

Here’s the joke performed live starting at 2:44 as counted backwards by the NBC player.

As Jeselnik tweeted, “I am on Page 6 of the New York Post today. Finally, I can die ashamed.”
